You'll see that a sixth reel is in play during every spin of Queen of Gold online slot. This has a number of multiplier values on it. The multiplier from reel 6 will increase any win from that spin. On level 1, these multipliers run from 2x to 10x. As you move up levels, they get bigger.

The circled middle spot of reel 3 is where you need to land 5 Cleopatra symbols in order to move up a level. You have 25 spins to do this. If you get a joker sign on the multiplier reel, you'll also move up a level.
